As an IFS-informed counselor, I specialize in helping people reconnect with themselves and reach their highest potential. My goal is to help you understand and care for every part of yourself—so you can feel more grounded, confident, and whole. I can help you gently uncover and care for the parts of yourself that carry pain. Together, we’ll work toward healing, self-compassion, and lasting change so you can feel more present, empowered, and connected in your daily life.
