I see therapy as a space to slow down, get curious, and build a clearer relationship with yourself. I practice from an Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective, which means I help clients explore the different internal parts of themselves—not to judge or fix them, but to understand and care for them.
My style is warm, steady, and client-centered. I’m not here to push an agenda or offer quick fixes. I’m here to witness your process, honor the pace that feels right for you, and help you build a more trusting relationship with yourself. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be honest and curious about what’s showing up, even when it's hard.
